Kate’s Buttermilk Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Kate's Sea Salted Butter
- 3/4 cup Kate's Buttermilk
Instructions
- Sift flour, soda, powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter.
- Add buttermilk and mix quickly.
- Knead dough lightly on floured board.
- Cut dough with biscuit cutter.
- Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.
